I’m Bella and I’m a Vinyasa, Power and Restorative yoga teacher and movement practitioner. I grew up between Somerset and St Vincent & the Grenadines and I now share the practice of yoga in the UK, the West Indies and internationally through online sessions. Join me in collective practice, bespoke private 1:1 sessions and rejuvenating retreats and festivals across Europe.

Movement has always been my art form. I first discovered yoga during my time at drama school and have never looked back. Having experienced the life-changing benefits of yoga first-hand and learning how to look after my body, I treasure creating a safe space for students to delve into the physical, emotional and energetic body. With over 10 years of practice and training under the guidance of Vidya Heisel, Frog Lotus Yoga International, I draw from my background in movement and dance, and weave the teachings of Vinyasa, Power and Restorative yoga; marrying breath with the fluidity of movement. I now spend my time sharing the teachings of yoga alongside working in theatre and film.

Blending classic yogic principles originating from India with my passion for creative sequencing, I share an empowering practice, which strengthens and finds space within the body. Practice is paired with thoughtfully curated playlists and subtly interwoven themes peppered throughout. Breath by breath, through moving meditation we arrive home to ourselves.
